Changing behavior through design
When the organization needed help reducing employee clicks on “phishy” links, the executive team came to me.
After setting the strategy as a team, I wrote the creative brief that was quickly approved.
From there I implemented an awareness campaign that was engaging and effective.
All employees received a "Gone Phishin'" bag with a desk poster, snacks, and chance to win prizes.
Lighthearted about a serious topic
The PowerPoint deck and my presentation used the tone of the giveaways to convey this serious internal initiative in light-hearted, easy-to-understand manner.
Follow-up security tests revealed improved scores across the organization.
